I am an oil painter based in New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Always a creative soul, I have painted on and off since childhood, taking classes at local art schools, from RISD continuing education and various local and nationally recognized artists.

Shortly after graduating from law school in 1994, I decided to stay home and raise my two children. I dabbled with oil painting, faux painting and decorative painting. When my daughter became involved in theatre, I focused my creative energy on painting sets, designing and sewing costumes for local high schools and semi-professional theaters for 10 years. I left the theater in 2018 to return to fine painting exclusively.

An avid hiker and nature lover, I enjoy painting the beauty that I see around me and hiking-themed still life paintings.

I have always had a passion for animals and vintage objects so I also enjoy painting wildlife and pet portraits, wildlife in their environment, and still life paintings showcasing my curious finds.
